What do we collect - and why?

Honestly, not much. No jargon, no surprises. Here is the full picture.

One session cookie

When you submit our contact form, your browser receives a temporary session cookie. It contains a security token (called a CSRF token) that protects the form from automated abuse. It holds no personal information, is not used for tracking, and disappears the moment you close your browser. That is it.

Anonymous performance data

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website loads for real visitors. This collects page load times, which pages were visited, and a rough geographic region. Cloudflare does not use cookies for this, does not fingerprint your browser or IP address, and does not build any profile about you. You are completely anonymous in this data.

Contact form submissions

When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and contextual data like your reason for contacting us and your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. Depending on how our conversation progresses, we may occasionally reach out with relevant updates - but we will never share your details with anyone, except where required by law.

Your rights under GDPR

Any personal data submitted via our contact form is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except where required by law.
